Wow Where did February go? Ok so the struggle with my diet continues but it's getting better especially the last couple of days. When I went to visit my folks last week , I got really really lazy, I don't want to get into the details but I will be honest and say I was not following the FIYL rules *ducks* so part of me is glad to be back home to my own place so I can do things my way.
The first month was a struggle in many ways even blogging for e.g, I never blog to even begin with let alone blogging about what i eat everday but slowly getting used to it. I'm more conscious about what I eat now and again love Kevin's daily emails which helps so much. Also just took a picture and unfortunately for me - not much changes but I know exactly where I slipped so this second month will be BETTER.. i feel it.. I will say even if I haven't seen drastic changes in my weight, my energy level has definitely gone up. My skipping has gotten so much better, I can do 800 easily, 1300 not so much but getting there :)
So fruits and egg white for Dinner hmmmm frankly I wasn't that hungry tonight b/c after work I had 2 tangerines and couple of crackers so by the time dinner time rolled around - Banana was sufficient. Is that okay? Should I still force msyelf to have an apple and an egg white if I'm not hungry? Kevin? anyone?
So the easiest to follow on the diet have been breakfast so far although I have to admit, some days I have been substituting veggies with fruits - with rasberries or blackberries. Lunches, I'm always eating out but have been hitting the salad bar from Longos or Marcellos downtown making sure carbs/protein/veggies are included.
