Week 2 - Day 1, 2 & 3

EPIC FAIL on the exercise portion for week 2 ( Day 1 & 2) - I was still so sore from my Muay Thai class that I could barely move.. didn't go to Muay Thai nor did I follow the exercise :-( so really dissapointed however Diet was going well until Friday lunch - ate out with co-workers and had Thai food ( I think I may have eaten little too much rice) but still tried to incoporate the protien + carbs+ veggies even when I had to eat out. 

 Saturday ( Day 11) was a different story for exercises - I actually did 650 JUMP ROPES yayyyyy... I took breaks in between but a week prior I couldn't even do more than 300 so really proud of myself.  Today I have to do 700 jump ropes so mentally preparing myself for that - I now can do 100 jump ropes without stopping, goal is 200.  My cardio has always been weak so the daily jump rope habits has definitely helped :).  Now last night ( saturday night) went to one of my favroutie Nepali/Tibetan place and had some dumplings. Now I would normally eat more than 10 but controlled myself to only 10 ( yes I eat like a pig there).

Anyhow on to sunday ( Today) - will blog later on today.  Before I go,  I'm still having a hard time incorporating veggies for breakfast, anyone finding that challenging? First few days, I was eating cucumbers b/c I love them and carrots but I'm getting bored now, I need new ideas.. someone on their blog mentioned sliced tomatoes so maybe I'll try that.. . back in the evening...ciao for now.

    Please take some time to review the emails you've received to date. Will you get results by eating in restaurants? How do you know what you're eating? I guarantee you that the restaurant meals you're consuming are chock a block with salt.
