Week 1 went relatively well, better than I thought however I had my moments which I will share shortly. Again, this feels so weird, I read blogs all the time and this is the first time I have blogged myself so I apologize in advance if I come across incoherent at times lol.
So anyhow, week 1's challenge of eating half a portion was going well until 2-3 days in, there were moments I was CRAVING sugar so much or something sweet after dinner and to satisfy those cravings, I had cereal ( probably bad but not worse, I'm out of my granola bars lol and I don't intend on buying them, so good step there ). The exercise portion is going well, I do Muay Thai ( thai kickboxing) twice a week(started a month ago) so jump ropes were doable but on Day 7 , I was not able to get to 500 :( and I'm sooooo sore from the muay thai class from other day, I was not able to do any exercise today :(
So on to DAY 1 , week 2 - diet went well however a big fat ZERO on the exercise portion ( as mentioned previously, still so sore from Muay Thai). I'm not sure how I'm going to figure the exercise portion going forward b/c I already pre-paid for those classes until summer and I have to go 2x a week so I'm thinkig maybe I'll exercise FIYL on the days I don't go - I don't know, a question I need to ask Kevin.
Anyhow, I'm off now - going to have my evening snack i.e a fruit :)..
