I almost quit the last couple of weeks - felt like I couldn't do this to the tee and I probably won't be able to given that I haven't followed every exercise or diet to perfection. However, if there is one thing I'm doing consistenly, that is skipping. When I read Kevin's email about what we couldn't miss and what we could from least to most - it felt nice to know skipping was the most important. I've learned some techniques with the foot too hehe :)
On to the diet - hmmm lol actually it hasn't been to bad, the week when we only had to eat fruits and egg white - I actually did well with an exception of last friday ( had pasta ) it was a leftover from lunch same day :-(. Alcohol - had my first beer couple of thursdays ago - only half and few nachos here and there but that was it.
Today packed plenty of fruits and veggies for snacks - I still don't pack my lunch 5 days/week maybe twice a week now but that's a progress esp for me.
back to work now - good day FIYLers - btw the other day someone gave me a compliment and said they noticed my face got slimmer lol. I know i could've achieved some amazing results had I followed everything with no flaws but I have felt a change, I have felt my midsection shrink a little ( that visceral fat is still there, esp lower abs - HATE IT) grrrr and I feel better so just have to keep pushing.
In other news - getting my wisdome tooth pulled out this friday- so scared.. yikes :(...
